Kid’s/Family Class:  This is an opportunity for kids to develop fundamental martial arts skills while learning values of hard work and self discipline.  Family members wishing to participate with their children are encouraged to join. 

Stand Up Class:  This is a beginner to intermediate class designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness while learning kickboxing, Muay Thai boxing, and boxing techniques.  This class provides a fun, challenging workout that you will not get bored with while teaching fundamental self-defense techniques.

  Ground:  This is a beginner to advanced class designed to improve your overall fitness through Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling, and wrestling fundamentals.  Students will gain knowledge of one of the world’s most effective self -defense systems.  Whether you are a beginner, a high school wrestler looking to improver your skills in the off season, or a competitive submission grappler/MMA fighter, this class will help you achieve your goals. 

 Advanced/MMA Class:  This is an intermediate to advanced class designed for the competitive mixed martial arts athlete.  Students in this class will focus on sparing, live situational grappling, and extreme conditioning.  Students will be training with some of Wisconsin’s most elite mixed martial artists.
